In the US, fresh-cut healthy snack producer Reichel Foods has added to its Dippin's Stix range by launching a new product, Pineapple Bites & Tajin Seasoning.
The 3.3oz package is single serve and contains a 0.05oz sachet of Tajin Seasonings to be sprinkled on the pineapple.
'Our research and development team is always working with new and healthy flavour combinations,' said Craig Reichel, President and chief executive at the group. 'We developed the pineapple and Tajin combination primarily focused at the Hispanic demographic, although we’re finding it has a broader reach than that.'
Tajin Clasico Seasonings are a mix of red chili peppers with lime and salt. It is the number one fruit and vegetable seasoning in Mexico and is distributed throughout North America along with an extended product line.
Dippin’ Stix is Reichel's most popular product line and includes Sliced Apples & Caramel, Sliced Apples & Yogurt Fruit Dip, Sliced Apples and Peanut Butter, Carrots & Ranch Dip, Carrots & Hummus and Pickles & Bacon Ranch Dip.
