Ready Pac Foods has announced the hiring of Barbara Moreno as its new marketing director for salad, snacking & vegetables.
Reporting directly to senior vice-president for marketing Barb Dan, Moreno brings over 20 years of food marketing and sales experience in consumer packaged goods, both domestic and international.
Moreno began her new position on Monday 9 September, and is located within the company’s corporate offices in Irwindale, California.
In her new role, she will be responsible for leading the marketing activities for the packaged salad, snacking and cut vegetable product segments, while also leading cross-functional teams in the development and launch of innovative new product concepts which leverage consumer, culinary and customer insights.
“Barbara has a strong product marketing background and an amazing depth of experience within the consumer packaged goods industry,' said Dan. 'We are incredibly fortunate to have her join our team.'
