Gourmet Trading Company, a year-round distributor of fresh asparagus and blueberries, has hired Paul Mortanian as its newest sales person.
“Paul’s drive and enthusiasm make him an excellent addition to our team here at Gourmet Trading Company,' stated Gourmet Trading Company vice-president of sales and marketing Kristen Francisco. 'His background in operations makes him a well-rounded employee who fully understands the business.'
Mortanian grew up in the Central Valley where agriculture naturally peaked his interest. He went on to study agricultural business at California State University Fresno where he was among the very first chosen students of his major for the PMA FIT Career Pathways Program.
After graduation Mortanian worked at Eclipse Berry Farms as director of operations and shipping for three years.
