In the US, Ready Pac Foods has announced the appointment Galit Feinreich as its new director of innovation out of its Irwindale, California facility.
The group, a leading producer of convenience fresh foods, salads and produce, said that Feinreich will be in charge of the its research and development function, which includes product development and the culinary team.
According to the company, this is an important role for Ready Pac Foods as the fresh food industry continues to experience 'unprecedented growth' in response to consumer demand.
