Avocados From Mexico (AFM) is eagerly anticipating the upcoming US holiday season and the return of its Season’s Eatings programme, which is scheduled to run from mid-November to the end of December.

Through the programme, Avocados From Mexico is taking a twist on crowd-pleasing recipes that are deemed perfect for festive US holiday dishes and Thanksgiving leftovers.

The Season’s Eatings campaign will kick-off with with a buy one, get one free consumer incentive offer through Coupons.com (printable online coupon) and Catalina (in-store via the back of register receipts) starting on 14 Nov, encouraging consumers to buy one Avocado From Mexico and get one free (up to $1.49) as well as up to $1.50 off bagged avocados.

“The BOGO will kick off during the pre-Thanksgiving holiday season in an effort to help shoppers stock up on avocados so that they can be added to Thanksgiving leftovers meals,” said Stephanie Bazan, market development director of AFM. “This is a perfect opportunity to remind shoppers that avocados are a delicious addition to turkey sandwiches.”

Leveraging the upcoming holiday, AFM has created a display that not only promotes the sale of Avocados From Mexico but also provides consumers with fresh recipe options that are visually appealing, simple to prepare and easy to serve.
