Loring Tocchini has been appointed as the new vice president of sales for the Americas at The Fresh Connection.
Tocchini has 34 years’ experience in produce industry sales, which he brings to his new role. The last 30 of those years were spent directing international sales to the Asian market.
“I’m extremely excited to be associated with a firm like The Fresh Connection. We have a globally respected team of produce professionals on all levels,” said Tocchini.
At his previous role as president of Loris Resources, Tocchini successfully established programmes and grew sales for some of the most notable US brands throughout Asia in the apple, pear and cherry categories out of Washington State.
Hank Miller, CEO of The Fresh Connection said he was very happy and excited to add an industry veteran like Loring to the team.
