Australian supply chain intelligence provider Escavox has announced it has successfully completed the first session of the Cultivo Virtual Academy.
The six-week virtual programme provided participants with mentorship and interaction with Iowa’s agricultural leaders. America’s Cultivation Corridor hosted and coordinated the Cultivo Virtual Academy in partnership with its investors and supporting organisations. The Iowa Economic Development Authority was the presenting sponsor of the programme.
“I was impressed with all of the companies and am proud that Iowa has been part of the journey as they prepare to introduce their products and technologies to the US marketplace,” said Debi Durham, executive director of the Iowa Economic Development Authority and the Iowa Finance Authority.
“Iowa’s strong agricultural economy has created an unparalleled network of expertise. The connections these companies have built with Iowa will be valuable as they refine business strategies and launch to US farmers, livestock producers and ag companies,” she added.
The Cultivo curriculum featured sessions on US regulatory and focused on US market entry, regulatory and financing systems, pathways for technology introduction, and customer perspectives. It was hosted via the Virtual Academy Hub, a professionally managed platform for learning and engagement.
