The United Fresh Produce Association has announced that registrations for United Fresh 2009, taking place in Las Vegas, US on 21-24 April, have now opened both online and by telephone.
One of the highlights of the 2009 show will be the keynote address delivered by Forbes Magazine president, CEO and editor Steve Forbes, whose address is titled 'How capitalism will save us'.
United Fresh 2009 will focus on a central theme of 'Produce Innovation, Fresh Meals and Technology Solutions', with two shows – Fresh Marketplace and Fresh Tech – featuring produce products and marketing concepts along with the latest in manufacturing, food safety and processing technologies.
The show will be attended by a variety of industry stakeholders including representatives from retail, foodservice, growers, shippers, wholesalers and distributors.

'We feel that we've combined the successful elements of years past with some exciting and unique new offerings into what promises to be one of the most valuable business opportunities of the year.'
