A new online service has been launched this week to help prepare delegates for the upcoming Asia Fruit Logistica event, which takes place in Hong Kong on 2-4 September 2009 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The Virtual Market Place (VMP) is a free service that allows users to see which companies are exhibiting at this year's event and contact them directly.
'The VMP profiles all the companies exhibiting at this year's Asia Fruit Logistica,' said Gérald Lamusse, managing director of organiser Global Produce Events GmbH. 'It's an excellent tool to help you plan your visit to Hong Kong this year, as it lists the products of all exhibitors and enables you to contact each exhibitor directly. That makes it very useful to help you set up your business meetings in advance.'
Asia Fruit Logistica takes place alongside the Asiafruit Congress, the region's only conference and networking event for the Asian fresh produce industry that is expected to attract some 600 delegates from all areas of the business.
