California-based vegetable grower-exporter Coastline has announced in a press release the appointment of another veteran to its sales team
Jim Gipe comes to Coastline with over 17 years of experience in the fresh produce industry – most recently having spent six years at Dole – bringing an extensive amount of product knowledge as well as a deep understanding of the marketplace, according to Coastline.
“I’m excited to be part of the Coastline team,” Mr Gipe said. “I want to help this company continue to grow by participating in their on-going efforts to produce quality products and provide excellent customer service.”
Coastline believes Mr Gipe’s “wide ranging expertise” will be a huge asset to the company and to its customers.

Coastline is a year-round grower-shipper of more than 25 fresh vegetable products (including lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, spinach and celery) grown in Salinas, Huron, Yuma, Oxnard, Brawley and Mexico.
