AU Mango orchard

Agricultural ties between Australia and India will be strengthened under a new agreement between leading research providers in the two nations, according to Big News Network.

The University of Queensland and the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) inked a memoriam of understanding (MoU) late last week, which will strengthen research collaboration between the two agencies.

Four scientist from ICAR recently travelled to Australia to attend a workshop focused on developing linkages in the area of horticultural crops, with a particular focus on mango production. The University of Queensland hosted the workshop, which was partially funded by Horticulture Australia.
