Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) has announced it will begin its new Intra-Asia service from Ningo on 5 April.

The new service connects ports in China, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand with four vessels to be deployed on the Intra-Asia line.

The Hong Kong-headquartered global shipping company said the new service will strengthen its current coverage and meet the requirements of OOCL’s customers in the region.

“Together with our existing Intra-Asia service network, our customers can enjoy more flexible and reliable liner service potions,” said OOCL in a company statement.
