Chinese fruit distributor Golden Wing Mau opened a Zespri kiwifruit flagship store last Wednesday in Shanghai, two weeks after the first shipment of Zespri kiwifruit for 2015 arrived in China.
The 200m2 store is located in the Huizhan Fruit and Vegetable Market, Shanghai's largest imported fruit wholesale market. According to a press release, the store will focus on its wholesale business, and is the first large-scale Zespri flagship store in the world.
Jason Zhang, general manager of Golden Wing Mau, said the store was yet another indication that his company highly valued its partnership with Zespri.
