Indonesia has doubled its Pakistan kinnow import season, extending from January through April following a review of the countries’ Preferential Trade Agreement.

Imports of Pakistan-grown kinnows were previously restricted to February and March.

Ranked in the top ten citrus producers in the work, Pakistan exported 340,000 tonnes of kinnows last season, valued at around US$200m, according to Pakistan Today.
