T&G Global has appointed James Gordon to the newly created role of general manager, Asia.
Based in Bangkok, Gordon will oversee T&G’s growing operations in the Far East, which currently includes offices and staff based in Singapore, Vietnam, Japan, China and Thailand.
Gordon has more than 20 years of experience in the dairy sector, having filled a range of roles from sales and marketing, to senior commercial and leadership, primarily in Asian markets.
His strong sales networks in South East Asia, Japan and China – all key markets for T&G – will be an asset to the company, according to T&G’s executive general manager, international Sarah McCormack.
“James established offices in some of our own key territories as well as a fully operational supply chain in China.His experience makes him well placed to help execute T&G’s business strategy across the wider Asian region,” McCormack explained.
