Leading Indian pomegranate and banana exporter INI Farms has received certification from the Great Place to WorkInstitute, the first horticulture company in India to do so.

The Great Place to Work(GPTW) Institute helps organisations quantify workplace culture and employee trust by comparing workplace surveys on a global scale.

INI Farms has earned the recognition following an independent assessment independent conducted by GPTW, which included Trust Index Survey and a culture audit, benchmarking the fresh produce company against more than 10,000 organizations from over 60 countries.

Purnima Khandelwal, chief executive of INI Farms, said the company had worked hard to build its culture and attract top talent.
