Australian growers grappling with how to manage the impending minimum wage guarantee ruling for horticulture workers need to look no further than across the Tasman.
New Zealand has had regulated minimum wage rates for decades – in fact, it was the first country in the world to introduce a minimum wage, in 1894 no less.
