Munich Airport

The summer timetable for Munich Airport in Germany will feature flights to over 200 destinations in 68 countries worldwide, with five new long-haul destinations also set to be introduced this year.

According to an airport press release, the summer timetable period between 28 March and 30 October 2010 will contain 44 long-haul routes, 149 continental destinations and 20 connections within Germany.

Debuting at Munich Airport are Kuban Airlines, flying twice a week to Sochi on the Black Sea, and Singapore Airlines, serving the Manchester-Munich-Singapore route five times per week.

Royal Air Maroc will serve the Munich-Marakesh route twice per week until mid-June and then again in mid-September, while Lufthansa will operate three weekly flights to Miami in the US and Tashkent in Uzbekistan.

New European destinations are also being added by Lufthansa, with flights to Bari, Faro, Tallinn and Rostock, while the Airline is also offering more frequent services to Dubrovnik and Split in Croatia as well as Larnaca in Cyprus.
