The importance of Fruit Logistica, the leading international trade fair for the fresh produce business, is being outlined by the strong interest shown by exhibitors ahead of the official registration deadline on 31 July.
Based on current registration figures from event organiser Messe Berlin, over 2,300 exhibitors from 70 different countries are expected to present their products and services at Fruit Logistica 2011, which takes place at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds on 9-11 February.
Prior to the opening of the event, the Fresh Produce Forum congress event will be held at the ICC Berlin on the 8 February, ahead of the official Fruit Logistica reception that evening.
Freshconex 2011, the international trade fair for fresh produce convenience, takes place alongside Fruit Logistica and will be held in exhibition halls 7.2a, 7.2b and 7.2c. The registration deadline for this event is also 31 July.
