Stuart will be joined by Daniela Ramírez from carboNZero (New Zealand), who will talk about the carbon debate in terms of its significance on the Northern Hemisphere market and how suppliers in the Southern Hemisphere can satisfy the growing demand to reduce their carbon footprint and/or become carbon neutral.

Meanwhile, Shelly Fuller, project manager of the Confronting Climate Change - South African Fruit and Wine Industry Initiative, will discuss climate, energy efficiency and carbon footprinting with a focus on improving efficiency, reducing costs and sharpening competitiveness.
