Grocery retailer Spar (Austria) is to open its first convenience format store, Spar To Go, in the Czech Republic this month.
Czech website E15.cz said that the store will have a sales area of 120m2, and will be located in Ricany near Prague, Planet Retail reported.
Spar To Go will reportedly offer takeaway food, ready meals, sandwiches, soups and cakes, and adds to Spar's existing Interspar hypermarket and superstore and Spar supermarket outlets.
