Fruit Logistica is shaping up
Exhibition space is already filling up for the leading global fresh produce event, which takes place in Berlin next February
Seven months before Fruit Logistica opens on 6-8 February 2013, and three weeks ahead of the official exhibition registration deadline of 31 July, available exhibition space at the event is filling up quickly.
Based on registrations recorded so far, the level of exhibitors is expected to remain at the same level as this year, which stood at 2,533 from 83 different countries. Some 56,000 visitors from 127 countries visited the event across three days.
"The current registration status shows how much the fresh produce industry values Fruit Logistica as a business platform," said Gérald Lamusse, global brand manager of Messe Berlin. "Key quality factors are the international of the event along with the fact that it attracts so many top-ranking trade visitors."
