A new statement from Fisher Capespan in the US and Distribution Fisher Capespan Canada has revealed a change of company name.
Both of the companies will now be known by the name Capespan North America LLC, with the registered trade name Capespan North America.
In the statement, president and chief executive Mark Greenberg said that the new name highlighted 'the breadth of our vision and global reach'.
'Our new names and logo are the proud emblem of our global relationship with the fresh
produce growers, exporters and distributors worldwide that form the Capespan Group of
Companies,' he said.
There have been no changes in corporate ownership and no changes to the group's banking
relationships, Greenberg confirmed.
