Leading UK importer Mack Multiples, part of Fresca Group, has announced that Stuart Forder (pictured), commercial director for stonefruit, is to leave the company on 24 October 2008 to take up a new position as trading executive responsible for fresh produce at Marks & Spencer.
David Lloyd, managing director at Mack Multiples said: 'We would all like to thank Stuart for the very valuable contribution he's made here – not only to our stonefruit business but also in developing the commercial opportunities of other Fresca companies. He will be missed, but we wish him every success in his new role with Marks & Spencer.'
Janina Dowding, senior commercial manager for stonefruit, will celebrate 10 years with the company as she takes over the management of the Mack Multiples stonefruit business.
'Again, the management team wishes to congratulate Janina on her promotion and looks forward to seeing her continue to take the business forward,' added Mr Lloyd.
