Promotions begin next week to support Juliet, the exclusively organic French apple variety produced in France.
The ‘friends of Juliet’ association is reportedly organising a tasting session around Juliet at Rungis wholesale market in Paris on 5 November.
The tastings will be carried out by a chef at the shops of various wholesalers at Rungis, allowing them to try meals prepared using Juliet apples and discuss the variety with a Juliet producer.
