Italian group Unisorting Srl, a subsidiary of Unitec, has completed the acquisition of Longobardi and Sado at the court of Bolzano.
Unisorting is a new company in the world of technologies for fruits and vegetables, boasting over 90 years of Unitec experience at an international level in the fruit and vegetable sector, combined with the outstanding features and qualifications of three companies: Longobardi Srl, Sado Srl and Sammo Srl, which was previously acquired by Longobardi.
'Unisorting will continue with even more pragmatism and energy to complete the job started with the rental of the two companies,' said Luca Benedetti, president of Unisorting. 'We will do it with the goal of building tangible results for the fruit and vegetable market, thanks to the organisation and our technologies, hoping to become a point of reference that is able to meet any specific requirement with expertise, innovation and reliability.
