Food packaging specialist Multivac has announced that, after more than 18 years as CEO, Hans-Joachim Boekstegers will leave the company on 1 January 2020.
According to Multivac, he will turn control over to his director colleagues, Christian Traumann and Guido Spix, who will manage the company jointly in future.
Boekstegers joined Multivac as CEO on 1 April 2001 and has since played a determining role in driving forward the successful development of the company.
When Boekstegers steps down, Traumann will assume responsibility for sales and finance, while Spix will become responsible for technology and production.
