The Hamburg-based German arm of Dole Fresh Fruit Europe has changed its name to Dole Germany OHG, having previously operated under the name Dole Fresh Fruit Europe OHG.
Announcing the change in a statement, Dole Germany's general manager Johan Lindèn said the new name had been registered in the official companies register on 17 October.
'All customers and business partners should use the new name in any correspndence and for accounting purposes,' Mr Lindèn said. 'All existing agreements and contracts remain valid.'
The company's website will now be located at www.dole.de.
