Spinneys to open in Qatar

Al Wa'ab City Management and Spinneys Qatar have signed an agreement to open the first Spinneys store in Qatar at the flagship multi-billion dollar project, Al Wa'ab City.

Spinneys, which currently operates several outlets in Lebanon, UAE and Egypt, said the 6,585m² store was due to open in 2010 and would place a great emphasis on fresh produce.
