A huge fire broke out early this morning in the fruit and vegetable section of Rungis wholesale market, located in the southern suburbs of Paris.
Approximately 100 firemen and 23 fire engines were required to bring the blaze under control, according to reports.
The full extent of the damage is as yet unknown, as is the original cause of the fire. According to the fire department, no one was injured in the incident.
