Florette's autumn sales boost has been welcomed following a difficult summer campaign

Prepared salad specialist Florette has announced growth in the UK over the past four weeks of 40 per cent, and a yearly increase of over 11 per cent, vastly outperforming the maturing market.

The strength of the company’s brand, combined with a warm autumn, have been thanked for extending the salad season for Florette.

However, salad sales in general on the UK market this summer have suffered greatly as a result of unseasonably wet and cold conditions.
