Total Produce merges with Vevici Fruit

Total Produce has announced in a press release that it has completed a merger with fellow Dutch group Vevici Fruit.

As of 1 May, the groups have been trading under the single name of Total produce B.V., the statement read, and from mid-May 2009 will move all activities to Total Produce's headquarters in Rotterdam.

'By uniting these two important companies, which are entirely complimentary to each other, we are more capable to offer our customers an even more extensive assortment of good quality products and high services,' the statement said.
