Chiquita Hellas has been recognised as the leading Greek 'superbrand' in the category of 'Nutrition and Dining' at the institution of Corporate Superbrands 2009/10 awards ceremony, which took place on 20 April in Athens.
The decision was made after research was carried out covering over 1,000 consumers and representatives of the entrepreneurial community, combined with the votes of a judging panel.
'The quality of Chiquita's products and the responsible way our company operates towards our customers, partners, human resources, the environment and the society are non-negotiable engagements,' said Chiquita Hellas CEO Athanasios Glinos.
'Our distinction at Corporate Superbrands delights us, while it is resulted mostly by the consumers and by prestigious executives,' he added. 'This is showing to us that the work we make and our values are recognised.'
