Minnaar will move its UK operations into Greenery Superior's facilities at Thrapston and its Dutch operation will relocate to the Greenery's dedicated UK supply facility in Maasland. Integration should be complete in time for the upcoming Dutch salads season.
The Greenery has also signed an agreement with Flower Plant Partners to divest itself of the Disva Group. The group is made up of five companies: Disva, Disbos, Displant, BJM ter Haar and B&A Flowers. All five are located at Honselersdijk. The group has 136 employees and an annual turnover of ?85million. Most of its business is with the wholesale trade.
