Parripak Foods has thoughtfully saved everyone the bother of preparing the fiddly old bulb by coming up with 1kg tubs of ready-washed and peeled garlic.

Known as Naked Garlic, the product has taken six months to perfect. It is merchandised in easy-to-use tubs which should happily meet the needs of the restaurant, hotel and foodservice industry. When refrigerated, naked garlic can last for up to 30 days.
