R&G Stevens is building a new 750 square metre temperature-controlled packhouse incorporating its existing cold storage facilities and offices at its herb nursery at West End, Surrey.

Partner Mathew Prestwich added the company would be launching its own web site and unveiling a new company logo. He said that crops such as chives and mint are three weeks ahead as the English season gets underway. The partnership supplies cut herbs to major multiples year round, and has premises in New Covent Garden. See next week's Journal for more details.
