Jean Christophe Novelli, famed for his French haute cuisine, will be at the Herb Society's garden at the Chelsea Flower Show on May 19.
The Herb Society is the leading educational organisation on herbs in the UK. Its garden at Chelsea will feature a variety of herbs and will be laid out in an organic theme.
Novelli has a passion for using herbs in cooking and in natural medicine. He was nominated chef of the year in 1998 and has since achieved five AA rosettes.
Roger Tabor, chairman of the Herb Society said: 'We are thrilled to have Jean Christophe as our guest at Chelsea and we hope his presence will assist us in our quest to create public awareness on herbs.'
