Exotic ingredients specialist Beacon Foods has turned its attention to marinated cooked vegetables and fruit. Cooked peppers and vegetables marinated in olive and vegetable oils, balsamic vinegar, herbs and garlic are now finding their way into delicatessen counters and a variety of dishes, including tapas.

Further trials are underway where the new product development team is constantly seeking to spice up foods ranging from sandwiches, sauces and ready-meals to recipe dishes and desserts.
