The Vegetarian Society has announced the launch of a range of Caribbean inspired Christmas recipes making the most of fresh produce.

Dishes include a Tobago parcel, which consists of sweet potato, plantain, spinach and melted cheese encased in filo pastry, which can be accompanied by black bean and yellow rice pitons, jerk vegetables and a mango and tomato salad. For the truly indulgent there is also pistachio and citrus ice cream.
