The first FRESH Congress opens in Paris this week with 400 delegates from 27 countries.

A series of keynote presentations and discussion sessions will detail the importance of consumer-driven strategies in the marketing of fresh produce and will involve speakers from European retailers Monoprix, Kesko and Edeka as well as representatives of many of the leading fresh fruit and vegetable producer and trading companies.

Representatives from leading retail organizations will attend as well as leading figures from the international fresh produce business.

All conference sessions will have simultaneous translation in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
