Cambridge-based Anglia Business Computers has made a further new appointment to its fresh produce team.

Peter Dhillon joins Anglia as a Microsoft Business Solutions consultant. He brings industry specific knowledge to the team, having recently successfully completed an advanced production implementation of Microsoft Navision for one of the largest potato companies in the UK.

This appointment follows the appointment of Bob Rose as business development manager for Anglia’s LinkFresh FP3 solution, in March.

“Peter’s has in-depth experience of implementing the holy grail for the fresh produce industry of product traceability and production forecasting / costing. It will ideally compliment the skills of the 14-strong Navision and .Net development team we have here at Anglia,” said Rose.

Dhillon added: “The level and ease by which Navision can be deployed never ceases to amaze me and my peers. It is such a ‘can do’ product with immense potential in the fresh produce sector. Joining the team at this stage is going to provide me with plenty of new challenges in the years to come.”
