Petit Forestier has acquired the refrigerated van division of BRS, trading under the Cool It! Banner. The deal, for an undisclosed sum, involves the transfer of approximately 240 temperature controlled vehicles.
The acquisition allows Petit Forestier to continue to develop its offering in the rental and contract hire of refrigerated vehicles. Meanwhile the sale allows BRS to concentrate on the HGV dry freight and temperature controlled sectors.
Petit Forestier UK - formerly Via Solutions - specialises in the supply of refrigerated vehicles on contract hire and short term rental. It operates from 10 depots nationwide and offers vehicles ranging from car derived vans through to maximum weight rigid trailers.
