Leading fresh produce suppliers Del Monte has re-appointed Direct Laboratories to carry out all its pesticide residue monitoring.
The company will be charged with carrying out testing across all of Del Monte’s product range. As part of the contract the two companies will work together to develop a bespoke IT system for delivering test results.

Eleanor Davies, head of pesticide residue testing at Direct Laboratories, said: “We are delighted to have won this renewed contract. We have been working with the team there for three years and have built up an excellent working relationship.”
