Potato product specialist Aviko is celebrating industry-award success with the launch of a new product line.
Aviko took silver for its Mega Wedges at the British Frozen Food Federation Awards in the catering sector for best new accompaniment product.
Triumphant Aviko impressed the judging panel made up of executive chefs, catering managers and recipe developers all from the Craft Guild for Chefs.
The panel was impressed with the flexbility of the “chunky, sizeable wedges as offering a vast array of menu solutions and variety to caterers” and providing “countless combinations.”
