The Seatrade group of companies has acquired the reefer fleet of Spanish shipping line Maritima del Norte.
The transaction, announced on April 1, included seven reefer vessels, as well as a number of commercial contracts.
The commercial and technical management will be taken over during the forthcoming weeks.
A joint statement from the companies said: “The parties believe that these moves will enable both organisations to focus more on their own separate business strategies.”
