Jamie Oliver has been voted the most iconic British chef of all time.
The face of Sainsbury's, who has spent much of his career opposing the likes of turkey twizzlers and encouraging kids to eat more fruit and vegetables, made mince meat out of the competition.
Delia Smith came second, while foul-mouthed Gordon Ramsey came in third third.
Rick Stein, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, James Martin, Nigella Lawson, Keith Floyd, Nigel Slater and Elizabeth David completed the top 10.
The poll of nearly 2,000 people was carried out by Olive magazine.
