The Regional Food Group for Yorkshire and Humber is compiling its deliciouslyorkshire Guide to Food and Drink in the Yorkshire and Humber region.
The guide features producers, retailers, distributors, companies from the hospitality industry and companies providing services to the food and drink industry - for example, marketing, packaging, solicitors, designers and engineering services.
Seen by some as the “bible to food and drink in the region”, the guide is given to food and drink journalists in Yorkshire and the Humber, and available in bookshops, farmshops, delis and at consumer shows. It will be officially launched at the Great Yorkshire Show in July 2009.
The application deadline to be featured in the guide is April 22.
