Anglia Business Solutions has announced that Spalding based Moulton Bulb Co Ltd, part of the Oldershaw Group, has selected its LINKFresh solution.

The company is one of the UK’s largest onion packers, packing around 25 per cent of the UK’s supermarket requirement from growers based in Lincolnshire, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.

The group supplies both whole and prepared onions, garlic and shallots to major retailers such as Co-Op, Asda and Waitrose.

The f solution will manage the operations of Moulton Bulb Co Ltd and Goldwood Moulton.

The 60-user LINKFresh solution will be deployed to replace a mixture of legacy processes and systems including; DeFacto, Q-Sys and Excel Spreadsheets.

LINKFresh will handle all operational aspects of the business including delivery schedules, quality control, stock management and warehouse operations.
