Greenvale, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of fresh potatoes, is working exclusively with Eden Search & Select to find an established operations manager to lead all operations and site activities for their Cambridgeshire site. As the largest site in the group, it covers 20 acres and runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week and employs over 300 people.
The role will include developing and implementing an operational strategy for the site while driving manufacturing and supply chain efficiencies to establish “best in class” processes and systems. The role is a figurehead for the site management team and will lead multi-functional teams across the site and wider business.
