BerryJewel raspberries were used during a cookery school event with Adam Gray

BerryWorld-owned premium raspberry BerryWorld Jewel was promoted at a cookery masterclass event in central London last night (21 June).

Attended by food bloggers, marketers and other media, the class was hosted by chef Adam Gray, with berries provided by grower Harry Hall.

Guests were greeted by a Eton Collins cocktail made with raspberries and lemon juice, before heading upstairs for the cookery school and an introduction to BerryWorld.

Other demos included soft lemon meringue with a raspberry salad, a raspberry and almond tart with custard and a raspberry jelly fool.

The BerryWorld brand is listed nationwide through Ocado and in London from the new Amazon Fresh service.
